Dok se drumovima Srbije šire kolone traktora, od Ibarske magistrale do mačvanskih raskrsnica, srpski seljak šalje poruku koju nadležni više ne mogu da ignorišu: „Domaća proizvodnja je pred gašenjem.“ Ono što je počelo kao lokalni protest u Mrčajevcima, pretvorilo se u opštenacionalni bunt koji ujedinjuje poljoprivrednike, ali i građane.

1. Ključni uzrok: “Mleko jeftinije od krem bananice”

Glavni okidač za proteste u februaru 2026. godine je drastičan pad otkupne cene sirovog mleka. Dok realna proizvodna cena litra mleka iznosi oko 82 dinara, mlekare farmerima plaćaju između 25 i 50 dinara.

  • Simbolika očaja: Na ključnim saobraćajnicama prosute su tone svežeg mleka. Farmeri poručuju da im je isplativije da ga prospu u blato nego da ga predaju po cenama koje ne pokrivaju ni osnovnu hranu za stoku.

  • Uvozni lobi: Proizvođači direktno optužuju državu da dozvoljava nekontrolisan uvoz mleka u prahu i jeftinih sireva iz EU, što guši domaća porodična gazdinstva. “Dozvole za uvoz dobijaju čak i frizerski saloni”, tvrde ogorčeni poljoprivrednici.

2. Širenje fronta: Studenti i povrtari uz stočare

Ove proteste karakteriše visok nivo solidarnosti koji do sada nije viđen u ovoj meri:

  • Studenti u blokadi: Omladina iz Čačka, Užica i Beograda pružila je podršku mlekarima na Ibarskoj magistrali, ističući da brane pravo na zdravu domaću hranu.

  • Povrtari i voćari: Proizvođači iz Zablaća i okoline Šapca pridružili su se blokadama, žaleći se na identične probleme – niske otkupne cene i preskupo gorivo.

3. Šta traže poljoprivrednici? (Lista zahteva)

Poljoprivrednici su vlastima ispostavili listu zahteva sa rokom od 7 do 10 dana, uz pretnju daljom radikalizacijom:

  • Zaštita tržišta: Hitno uvođenje prelevmana (zaštitnih taksi) i kvota na uvoz mleka i mesa iz EU.

  • Minimalna cena: Zahtev da cena mleka ne sme biti ispod 45 dinara ni za najlošiju kategoriju.

  • Isplata dugovanja: Hitna isplata svih zaostalih subvencija i premija za 2025. godinu.

  • Moratorijum na kredite: Zamrzavanje poljoprivrednih kredita dok se tržište ne stabilizuje.

Zaključak: Ko će popustiti?

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede poziva na dijalog, ali farmeri poručuju da su im “puna usta lažnih obećanja”. Ukoliko se ne pronađe kompromis između uvozničkih interesa i opstanka domaćih farmera, Srbija bi mogla ostati bez sopstvenog mleka, dok će seoska domaćinstva postati samo deo istorije.
